Ukraine has the world’s first drug tramodol in the list of narcotic and psychotropic substances and precursors, RIA Novosti reported. Experts from the World Health Organization has not yet consider him a narcotic drug.

This decision was due to the fact that, according to Interior Minister of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko, tramodol is one third of the total quantity of psychotropic substances seized by law enforcement agencies in the country.
