The remedy is tramodol hydrochloride and produced by different companies under different names: Mabron (Cyprus), Tradol (India), Sintradon (Yugoslavia), Provirsan (Czech Republic), Trabar, Tramagit (Germany). But the most common names in Ukraine are tramal and Tramalgin.
